Manual Therapies:

Neuromotor Rehabilitation

Helps you activate (or reactivate) motor, cognitive, and sensory functions compromised by neurological conditions such as Stroke, Parkinson's, ALS, Multiple Sclerosis, etc. It also helps you find strategies or adapt to various daily life situations in the best way possible.

Post-operative Rehabilitation

After surgery on a knee, shoulder, hip, etc., physiotherapy is essential to recover all necessary motor functions.

Postural Reeducation

Correct bad habits by restoring your body's natural alignment. This will relieve your pain through targeted exercises that allow you to increase muscle flexibility while also learning to relax your mind and body.

Passive and Active Kinesitherapy

Have you been bedridden for a long time? Are you weak and need a restart? Let's gradually start reactivating your body.

Massotherapy

Do you simply need to relieve muscle tension? Massotherapy uses various massage techniques to alleviate muscle pain, improve blood circulation, and promote overall well-being.

Lymphatic Drainage

Venous and lymphatic stasis with swollen arms and legs? Lymphatic drainage is a manual massage technique used to promote lymphatic circulation and reduce swelling, addressing conditions such as Lymphedema, post-operative or traumatic edema, and Chronic Venous Insufficiency.

Physical Therapies:

Tecar Therapy

Stimulates natural repair and anti-inflammatory processes. It works on microcirculation by stimulating cellular metabolism. It is indicated for fractures, arthritic processes, musculoskeletal conditions (lesions, strains, contractures), tendinopathies, chondropathies, bursitis, chronic and non-chronic pain (low back pain, neck pain, back pain, pubalgia, etc.). Contraindicated in patients with pacemakers, tumors, pregnant women, and children in the growth phase.

Magnetotherapy

By creating a magnetic field, it promotes the repolarization of the cell membrane, stimulating the regeneration of our cells. It facilitates vascular supply, promoting not only reparative processes such as scarring but also calcification (e.g., for fractures). It can be used at different frequencies depending on the condition being treated. It has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. Indications: inflammation, pain, fractures, arthritic processes, musculoskeletal conditions, edema, osteoporosis. Contraindications: Pacemakers (or other devices that could interfere with the electromagnetic field), Pregnancy or breastfeeding, Tumors.

Electrotherapy

Uses electric current for therapeutic purposes. Electrodes are placed on the area to be treated to produce biological effects useful for the specific condition. There are various types:

TENS: Transcutaneous electrical stimulation > analgesic therapy with a mild current that passes through nerve fibers, relaxing the muscles and reducing pain.

Electrostimulation: There are various currents, all at a medium intensity that can reach the motor plates of the muscle, creating muscle contraction and stimulating it. Useful for recovering muscle tone and strength.

Contraindications: Pacemakers, Pregnancy, Tumors, Epilepsy, Heart conditions.

To maintain the results of physiotherapy treatment, it is possible to combine it with osteopathic manipulative treatment to rebalance and regenerate your body, leading to complete and lasting well-being.

Integrating treatment with a psychology session can improve the patient's cooperation and commitment during the rehabilitation process, reducing frustration and enhancing long-term results.

To optimize your rehabilitation process, we offer a complete experience that combines personalized nutrition and rehabilitative exercise. This way, you can reach your full potential and significantly improve your quality of life.
